On 08/06/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Griswold Springs Rd. and Sandy Bluff Rd, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was found that the driver, Obed Melchi-Fiscal, 47 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, possessed an active Kendall County warrant for original charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Melchi-Fiscal was placed under arrest, processed, and transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville, Illinois for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
