On 09/29/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Griswold Spring Rd. and Kees Ln, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined the driver, Avante T. Starnes, 26 years old of Chicago, Illinois, possessed a valid failure to appear warrant for Driving While License Suspended. Starnes was later released on a Notice to Appear at a future DuPage County court date in Wheaton, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
