On 03/16/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of W. Church St. and Fairwind Blvd, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Paul A. Keough, 55-year-old of Downers Grove, Illinois, possessed two active DuPage County warrants. Both warrants were for violating pretrial conditions on charges of Domestic Battery and Obstructing. Keough was placed under arrest and transported to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore, Illinois for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
