On 01/10/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 400-block of E. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Jose Flores-Beltran, 47 years old of Aurora, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Flores-Beltran was cited for Driving While License Suspended and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
