On 08/16/24 Officers made contact with Elier A. Valdiviezo, 31 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, in the 700-block of Suzanne Drive. It was known to officers that Valdiviezo possessed multiple outstanding warrants for his arrest. Valdiviezo was placed under arrest and transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville, Illinois pending a hearing. He was arrested for the following warrants:
1) Failure to Appear on an Aggravated Battery charge out of Kendall County, Illinois.
2) Original warrant for Class 3 Felony Shoplifting out of Kendall County, Illinois.
3) Failure to Appear on a drug charge out of LaSalle County, Illinois.
