On 12/17/25 Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the area of Drew Ave. and Tara St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was found that Justice Babis, 22 years old of Plano, Illinois, committed a battery to a family member. Babis was placed under arrest and charged with Domestic Battery. He was transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville, Illinois for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
