On 01/06/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of W. Center St and N. Green St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was discovered that the driver, Steven Panas, 55 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license and also possessed a valid warrant out of DeKalb County for Failing to Appear on a Driving While License Revoked charge. Panas was processed and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
