On 07/07/24 at approximately 3:39 a.m., Officers responded to the 700-block of N. Latham St, Sandwich, for loud music. Upon arrival Officers found a speaker pointed out of the front door of a residence playing very loud music. Officers made contact with the offender, Brandon Cline, 40 years old of Sandwich, Illinois. Cline was very intoxicated and uncooperative. He declined to identify himself after being notified of his violation of law. Ultimately he was taken into custody after a brief struggle. He was charged with Noise Pollution, Obstructing a Peace Officer, and Resisting a Peace Officer. He was arrested and transported to the Sandwich Police Department where he was eventually positively identified. Cline was was processed and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
