On 05/02/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of S. County Line Rd. and Vale St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Julia Sarginson, 28 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, was under the influence. Sarginson was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Sarginson cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a BAC over .08 and was released with a Notice to Appear at a future court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
