On 09/06/2023 Sandwich Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Fairwind Blvd and W. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Gustavo Rubalcava-Esqueda, 23 of Parker City, Indiana, did not possess a valid drivers license. Gustavo was placed under arrest for No Valid Driver’s License and processed at the Sandwich Police Department. Gustavo was released with a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
