On 06/29/25 Officers made contact with Emanuel Aleman, 24 years old of Sandwich, Illinois in the area of N Main St. and W. Center St. Aleman had been observed slumped over in the driver seat of a vehicle. Upon further investigation it was suspected Aleman was under the influence. Aleman was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Aleman was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a BAC > .08 and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
