On 10/29/26 Officers made contact with Erin K. Carmack, 32 year old of Dekalb, Illinois in the 1200 block of E. 6th St. Upon further investigation it was determined Carmack possessed a valid failure to appear warrant for Driving Under the Influence. Carmack was placed under arrest and turned over to Kane County for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
