On 06/08/24 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of S. County Line Rd and S. Main St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Emmanuel Carrillo-Franco, 35 years old of Aurora, Illinois, was under the influence. Carrillo-Franco was placed under arrest and processed at the Sandwich Police Department. He was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a BAC over .08 and issued a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
