On 06/01/26 Officers arrested Carlotta J. Turner, 56 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, after making contact with her in the 1300-block of N. Main St. Turner was arrested on a DeKalb County warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge of Driving Under the Influence. Turner was released on scene with a Notice to Appear at a future court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
