On 09/13/26 Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1300-block of W. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was found that a Domestic Battery had occurred with enhanced circumstances. Chacon was placed under arrest and charged with two (2) counts of felony Aggravated Domestic Battery. He was transported to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore, Illinois for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
