On 01/22/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Hall St and Terry St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Catarino Ayala-Flores, 45 years old of Sandwich, Illinois did not possess a valid driver’s license. Ayala-Flores was cited for Driving While License Suspended and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
