On 01/28/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100-block of Indian Springs Dr, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Christine Sheldon, 57 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, was driving under the influence. Sheldon was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Sheldon was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a BAC over .08 and released with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
