On 08/04/24 Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of S. Main St. and Lions Rd, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Christopher Narney, 40 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, was under the influence. Narney was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for booking procedures. He was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving While License Revoked, Improper Use of Registration and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
