On 12/07/25 Officers made contact with Kory Eaton, 26 years old of Somonauk, Illinois, in the area of N. Main St. and W. Arnold St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that Eaton possessed two warrants out of DeKalb County: 1) Possession of a Controlled Substance and 2) Failure to Appear – Theft. Eaton was placed under arrest and transported to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore, Illinois for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
