On 09/08/25 Officers responded to the 1300-block of South Wind Dr, Sandwich, for a report of a disturbance. Upon further investigation it was determined that a battery occurred during the disturbance. William Blanchard, 41 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, was placed under arrest. Blanchard was charged with Battery and released on a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
