On 09/07/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of N. Latham St. and Pratt Rd. Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, David Galindo Jr, 22-year-old of Aurora, Illinois, possessed a valid warrant out of Kendall County for failure to appear on a charge of Driving While License Suspended. Galindo Jr. was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville, Illinois for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
