On 05/07/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of N. Latham St. and E. Center St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Pedro B. Serrano, 46-year-old of Sandwich, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Serrano was issued a citation for Driving While License Suspended and released with a Notice to Appear at a future Dekalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
