On 07/06/24 Officers responded to a vehicle accident at N. Eddy St. and E. 4th St, Sandwich. It was reported that one vehicle had left the scene. After further investigation it was determined Lisa A. Armstrong, 51 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, had struck a parked vehicle and failed to notify the owner of the vehicle. Armstrong was cited for Failure to Give Information After Striking an Unattended Vehicle or Other Property and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
