On 02/17/25 Officers made contact with Jesus Zaragoza Jr, 20-year-old of Plano, Illinois, in the 1200-block of E. 6th St. Zaragoza Jr. was placed under arrest as a result of an investigation conducted by the Sandwich Police Department. Zaragoza Jr. was processed and charged with two counts of Criminal Sexual Abuse (Class A Misdemeanor). Zaragoza Jr. was released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
