On 05/12/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1200-block of E. Church St, Sandwich. It was suspected that the driver, Angie L. Martinez, was under the influence. After further investigation Martinez, 52-year-old of Plano, Illinois, was placed under arrest for Driving Under the Influence. Martinez was transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Martinez was issued citations for Driving Under the Influence and for a Violation of Scott’s Law. Martinez was released with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
