On 08/10/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of E. Market St, Somonauk. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Jacob N. Tocheck, 18 years old of Somonauk, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Tocheck was cited for No Valid Driver’s License and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
