On 01/27/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 300-block of S. Main St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was found that the driver, Edward L. Coldwate Jr, 41 year old of El Dorado, Missouri, possessed an active Kendall County warrant for Failure to Appear on a Body Attachment (Civil). Coldwate Jr. was placed under arrest and transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville, Illinois for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
