On 06/12/26, during the course of a criminal investigation in the 500-block of N. Castle St, it was found that the complainant was making false allegations. Cody Jones, 34 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct for making a false police report. Jones was processed and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
