On 12/14/23 Sandwich Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of the 700-block of E. Railroad St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the registration plate affixed to the vehicle was for different vehicle. The driver, Parker R. Kaus, 22 years old of Plano, Illinois, was cited for Unlawful Display of Registration and issued a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
