On 09/29/24 Officers investigated an allegation of Domestic Battery in the 1300-block of N. Main St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that a Domestic Battery took place at which time a 17 year old male juvenile of Plano, Illinois was placed under arrest after a brief struggle. The subject was transported to River Valley Detention Center in Joliet, Illinois to await a hearing. He was charged with two (2) counts of Domestic Battery and one (1) count of Resisting a Peace Officer.
