On 04/22/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of E. Church St. and Pearl St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was discovered that the driver, Adriana Garcia-Serrano, 54 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Garcia-Serrano was cited for No Valid Driver’s License and released with a Notice to Appear at a future Dekalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
