On 08/30/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of the 1000-blk of E. Church St. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Joseph Way Jr, 45 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, did not possess a driver’s license. Way was cited for Driving While License Suspended and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
