On 01/09/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Griswold Springs Rd. and Sandy Bluff Rd, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Kelli M. Spaniol Feltz, 63 years old of Ottawa, Illinois, was under the influence. Spaniol Feltz was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Spaniol Feltz was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and released with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
