On 11/14/25 Officers were attempting to serve an arrest warrant in the 100 block of Kees Ln. While on scene contact was made with Scott E. Senter, 63 years old of Sandwich, Illinois. Senter was subsequently placed under arrest for Obstructing Justice (Class 4 Felony). Senter was processed at the Sandwich Police Department and released with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
