On 10/19/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 2700 block of N. 48th Rd, Somonauk. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Maris N. Rios, 32 years old of Yorkville, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Rios was cited for Driving While License Suspended and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
