On 07/02/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of E. 3rd St and Latham St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was discovered that the driver possessed two warrants out of McHenry County for failing to appear on Trespassing charges. The driver, Joshua Kiehn, 33 years old of West Chicago, Illinois, was placed under arrest and transported to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore, Illinois for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
