On 02/03/24 Sandwich Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of South County Line Rd. and Gletty Rd, Sandwich. After further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Enrique Contreras, 34 years old of Genoa City, Wisconsin, did not possess a valid drivers license. During the course of investigation it was also found that Contreras unlawfully possessed an unsealed container of cannabis within his vehicle. Contreras was cited for Driving While License Suspended and Driver in Possession of Unsealed Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle. He was released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
