On 06/07/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of the 900-block of E. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Collin Snow, 27 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, was under the influence. Snow was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Snow was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a BAC under .08 and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
