On 12/28/25 Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1700 block of Fairside Dr, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Joseph R. Way Jr, 45 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Way Jr. was issued a citation for Driving While License Revoked and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
