On 05/24/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of the 1200-block of E. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Ramiro Torres-Hernandez, 47 years old of Mendota, Illinois, did not possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License. Torres-Hernandez was cited for No Valid Driver’s License and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
