On 12/21/24 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Pearl St and E. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was discovered that the driver, Antonio Valezquez-Pineda, 66 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, possessed a valid warrant out of DeKalb County for Failing to Appear on a DUI charge. Valezquez-Pineda was released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
