On 11/15/24 Officers began an investigation into a report of animal cruelty that had occurred previously in the 1100-blk of E. Railroad St. During the course of the investigation Officers were able to identify the suspect. On 11/16/24 Officers made contact with Steven T. Bradchulis, 62 year old of Sandwich, Illinois, who was placed under arrest for Animal Cruelty. Bradchulis was released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
