On 08/03/24 Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of E. 29th Rd. and N. 4750th Rd, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Isaac Gonzalez, 21 years old of Joliet, Illinois, was under the influence. Gonzalez was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for booking procedures. He was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
