On 07/07/24 Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Little Rock Rd and Route 34, Plano, after observing violations in Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Anton Council, 45 years old of Sandwich, was under the influence. Council was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for booking procedures. Council was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a BAC over .08, and Driving While License Suspended. He was released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
