On 07/05/24 Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of E. 6th St. and N. Eddy St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Cardenas Diaz, 33 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Diaz was issued a citation for No Valid Driver’s License with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
