On 02/16/24 Sandwich Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of E. Church St. and Duvick Ave, Sandwich. After further investigation it was determined that the driver, Robert J. Pechar, 59 years old of Crest Hill, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Pechar was cited for Driving While License Suspended and issued a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
