On 12/06/23 Sandwich Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Pearl St. and E. Hall St, Sandwich. After further investigation it was determined that the driver, Marcus A. Windsor, 50 of Sandwich, Illinois, did not possess a valid drivers license. Marcus was cited for Driving While License Suspended and issued a Notice to Appear at a future court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
