On 09/26/23 Sandwich Officers responded to a vehicle crash in the area of the 0-99 block of W. 3rd St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that one of the involved drivers did not possess a valid driver’s license. Wilexander Rincon, 21 of Zion, Illinois, was issued a notice to appear for No Valid Driver’s License. He was also issued citations for Failure to Yield at an Intersection and No Insurance. Rincon was issued a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
