On 10/18/26 Officers were responded to a disturbance in the 300 block of W. Church St, Sandwich. While on scene it was determined that Ryan Salazar, 36 years old of Hinckley, Illinois, was the driver of the vehicle involved in the disturbance. Upon further investigation it was suspected Salazar was under the influence. Salazar was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Salazar was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
