On 05/23/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Terry St. and Wentworth Dr, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Ryan Cochran, 25 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, was under the influence. Cochran was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Cochran was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
